6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 to 8 slices of Swiss cheese (1 for each chicken breast)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 soup can of white wine
1/2 pkg of stuffing mix (crushed)
1 stick of butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place chicken in casserole dish.
- Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast.
- Mix soup and wine together and pour over chicken and cheese.
- Cover chicken evenly with crushed stuffing mix.
- Melt butter and drizzle over stuffing mix.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Chicken is cooked when it reached 165 degrees F.

This recipe was found by a member of the Fort Myers Life Facebook group. It was found on 11/15/22 in the grass along Six Mile Cypress in Fort Myers, FL. It is anyone’s guess whether it was accidentally dropped by the owner or possibly separated by Hurricane Ian which recently passed through.
